Aerotonomy has developed a number of highly autonomous vehicle management, mission planning, and GN&C systems for government and private sector customers; some of these include:

    • VMS, Mission Planning: Autonomous decision making and behavioral executives, real time rerouting

    • Guidance: Formation flying, close-range collision avoidance, long-range de-confliction,  aggressive maneuvering, swarming

    • Navigation: Kalman-filter based IMU development, image-based navigation and target tracking, image-based mapping

    • Control: Adaptive and nonlinear control, full 6 DOF tracking control, inner loop stability augmentation

    • Also: System ID, multi-computer and multi-ship simulation development

Many of these technologies have been demonstrated in UAS flight tests.
